In September 2004 Dr. Stavarache set out on her own and by March of 2005 she opened her own office, welcoming current and new patients alike. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Her philosophy is simple “Provide patients with high quality and friendly service in a gentle, relaxed and caring environment while working with state of the art equipment to ensure her patient’s experience is a pleasant and enjoyable one”.
When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Crystal received her certificate for completing the Community College of Southern Nevada’s Dental Assisting program in 1999, and actually started working with Dr. Stavarache when she first got out of school. She’s came to this office in 2008, and brings some great experience with her. Crystal feels all patients should be treated with respect and be well informed. “Giving people a reason to smile” is what Crystal likes best about what she does.
Crystal has lived most of her life here in Las Vegas. When she’s not in the office, her favorite thing to do is spending time with her family and friends.

Lisa began her career in Hawaii where she worked in the various areas of the dental office taking care of scheduling, billing, training, patient coordinating, clinical assisting and administration. She brought ten years of experience and knowledge with her to Las Vegas in 1998 when she began working with Dr. Stavarache and learning about the residents and patients of Las Vegas. In 2005 when Dr. Stavarache opened her doors, Lisa was here to help welcome existing and new patients alike. Lisa considers communication, compassion, respect and integrity all key elements when working with patients. She believes Dr. Stavarache’s philosophy of treating patients as if they were members of her own family makes it possible to continue long term relationships with them.
Lisa was born and raised in Hawaii and although she misses the ocean, is proud to call Las Vegas “home”. When she’s out of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, and cooking for her family and friends.
